The role of architecture in a holiday environment is simple; it’s about lifting and invigorating the spirit, to relax and refresh both mind and body, which are often run-down by the pressures of modern life. 

Many of our clients are referrals, or repeat clients. We believe this is because GKAI acknowledges that successful architecture is achieved firstly by understanding our clients’ goals and aspirations.

Site-sensitive design has been a hallmark of GKAI’s practice, we strive to honour each project with a unique design inspired by the regional vernacular, local materials and sense of place. GKAI promotes a sustainable approach to our practice and our projects.
