This project, completed in 2007, was one of the first condominium style resorts in Bali. One, two and three bedroom apartments were sold to individual buyers and then leased back to Novotel to operate as a resort. The room blocks are reserved and operated as the Accor Vacation Club. 

Each apartment style room is designed to have views of either the spectacular tropical gardens and pool lagoon, designed by Wijaya Landscape, or the Nusa Dua Golf Course, plus six penthouse suites which all have expansive ocean views.  

Influenced by classic Balinese architectural style, public guest facilities are designed as a series of open pavilions, including the lobby, restaurant, spa, gym and kids club.
